Roles and Responsibili​ties

1. Curriculum Delivery:
   

   • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
     
   • Ensure all syllabus topics are comprehensively covered, emphasizing conceptual clarity.
     

2. Student Development:
   

   • Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.
     
   • Provide individual attention to students to address their learning challenges and needs.
     
   • Conduct practical sessions in the laboratory and ensure the safe handling of equipment and chemicals.
     

3. Examinations and Assessments:
   

   • Design and conduct periodic tests, assignments, and mock exams to evaluate student performance.
     
   • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.
     

4. Classroom Management:
   

   • Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
     
   • Promote active participation and collaboration among students.
     

5. Academic Support:
   

   • Assist students with competitive exam preparation (JEE, NEET, etc.) by providing additional learning resources and support.
     
   • Keep track of individual progress and provide remedial classes as required.
     

6. Professional Development:
   

   • Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and CBSE curriculum changes.
     
   • Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance teaching skills.
     

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry (or related field) with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school.

1. Subject Knowledge:
   

   • In-depth understanding of Chemistry concepts, including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
     
   • Proficiency in teaching laboratory techniques and practicals.
